The University of Alaska New York Life Bereavement Project utilized faculty specializing in counseling, youth development, early childhood development, and those working in bereavement services. The following resources were developed by bringing resources together that focused on children who are dealing with grief.

The presentation file is a guide with resources and information on how children grieve, signs to look for when the grief becomes too much for a child to handle, national resources and resources within Alaska, and teaching tools for addressing the tough topics of surrounding grief with children.
