Welcome to Tanana District 4-H

The Tanana 4-H District extends from Healy in the south to Fairbanks and on to Tok in the northeast. Geographically, this area is as large as some states. We have youth involved in 4-H projects including horse, livestock, horticulture, home economics. technology and just about anything else you can think of.

The 4-H office is located in the UAF University Park Building, 1000 University Ave., Room 109. The office is open to the public Monday through Friday from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. (closed 1-2 for lunch).  Appointments may be made outside those hours by calling 907-474-2427.

Marla Lowder is the Tanana District 4-H and youth development agent. She may be reached at 907-474-2427 or mklowder@alaska.edu.
