Charter a Club
To use the 4-H Clover Logo or organization name, "4-H," a club must first become chartered and recognized by the UAF Cooperative Extension Service as an official Club.

The 4-H District Council is the chartered volunteer Leadership Organization of the Kenai Peninsula. Elected annually, Council officers are responsible for planning and managing district fundraisers and events designed to build the 4-H community, support leaders and provide opportunities for youth and adults to expand their 4-H involvement at the local, state, national and international levels. All enrolled youth participants and approved 4-H Volunteer Leaders are eligible to serve on the District Council, and 4-H Clubs are encouraged to send a voting representative to the Council's monthly meetings.
