Origami 折り紙 Exchange
We're so excited to learn a new skill with you this month AND complete a fun service project!
If you've signed up for the project, you will have received an email with details on pick up. Email firstname.lastname@example.org if you think you signed up but didn't get the details!
Instructions are included in your kit. If you lose your instructions or want to play along with us on your own, a copy can be found here!
Practice Makes Perfect!
Your kit includes some printed instructions for how to do some easier origami folding, but sometimes, watching a video can make things a bit easier! Check the videos out below for some easy and more challenging origami folding (note: this may not align exactly with the instructions on your paper).
BE SURE TO SAVE ONE SHEET FOR YOUR PEACE EXCHANGE!
Note the importance of hard creases and making sure things line up!
Ready for the Origami Exchange Project?
We are working with Armed with the Arts, Inc and will be trading your peace origami with another child somewhere in the world.
We will be collecting your peace doves and cranes at the 4-H office up until March 31! Want to join us? Here's what you need to do:
