Thank you to all who participated in our National 4-H Week contests! Shem D. and Lydia H. can stop by the office to pick up their PRIZES!!

Record books have been judged!! The following members have a few incomplete spots and need to come pick up and finish their books before market auction checks will be disbursed (some are just missing their YQCA certificate, others rate of gain calculation or no 4-H story):
Mason H.
Sylvia R.
Zander S.
Aurora H.
Tyton H.
Jaedyn S.
Sadee C.
Yaquina R.
Brinley H.
Grifin H.
Lila C.
Kenadie C.
Tyler N.
Samantha C.
Kara L.

All others can stop by the Farm office at anytime during business hours this week to pick up your record book and livestock auction proceeds check. The office door is locked, but there is a doorbell to ring and I will run your record books and checks down. Masks are required inside the building. Sending me a quick email letting me know about what day/time you will be here will make the process super quick and smooth. Thanks. amkowenstrot@alaska.edu

Pins for record book completion are back-ordered (since the end of August). I'll let you know when they arrive so that you can pick them up.

Club leaders: If you are not planning on conducting club meetings this year, please let me know and we can start the process of disbandment. Please email me your plans by November 1. Thanks.

All clubs: COVID-19 guidance from the university remains unchanged, except for the reinstatement of the screening questions prior to club activities and events. That form needs to be filled out and sent to me (email photo/scan, or drop off) within 24 hours of the meeting/activity. A blank one is attached here. Please familiarize yourself with the COVID-19 guidance on our webpage.

Have a great week everyone!
Ann
