Welcome to 4-H of Southeast Alaska! We have a unique collection of activities happening throughout our region to match the unique communities and individuals who live here in the Alexander Archipelago. There are many clubs and activities which have a seasonal nature such as Nordic (Cross Country) Skiing and our AK Experience summer camp. There are also clubs which continue for most of the year, such as our Thunder Mountain Riders horse club and our new Cloverbud Club. If you, your family, your children, or your friends are interested in having healthy, fun, rewarding times together focused on (just about) any topic you can think of, I am happy to help you on your way into 4-H. Through extensive partnerships and many community volunteers, there is ALWAYS a way we can achieve our goals of connecting caring adults with youth who want to learn and experience learning and service in both traditional and non-traditional 4-H endeavors. Please contact me to find out how to get involved! Your 4-H Agent, Darren Snyder 907.523.3280 darren.snyder@alaska.edu |
