Take a SPIN! with
Alaska 4-H S.T.E.A.M. Labs

The Alaska 4-H SPIN! program and webpage are undergoing some changes and updating. Please come back soon!
WELCOME to the STEAM laboratory of Alaska 4-H! Here you will have opportunities to learn about some great subjects!

What are Alaska 4-H STEAM Labs?
Guided activities and content to get youth interested in learning more about the sciences, technology, engineering, the arts, and mathematics. Each lab is a set of sessions. Each session includes an overview of the activity (what it is you are about to do and why) and detailed, easy-to-follow instructions.

Who should participate in the Labs?
Alaska 4-H STEAM Labs are targeted towards middle and high school-aged youth. Hopefully in the near future we will also be able to provide labs for the younger 4-H’ers.

How do they work?
Simply click on one of the icons below. You will be taken to that Lab’s page. There your lab will begin. Labs are able to be downloaded, so that they may be printed out or available off-line. Additional excellent resources are also provided for each Lab subject.
